Rules and Policies
- PINPIN ENTERTAINMENT is an unsupervised play center. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times. We do not assume responsibility for any children. Waivers must be done upon entrance.
- All patrons, adults, and children alike, will receive a security-coded wristband (if applicable) upon entering, which will be cut off and scanned before you are permitted to exit through the secured gate.
- PINPIN ENTERTAINMENT cannot be held responsible for accidents, which occur as a result of children and/or adults playing with/or on equipment or in the facility.
- Socks are mandatory for all guests, including parents and children. In case you forget to bring socks, we have them available for $2.50/pair. No shoes are allowed.
- No strollers are allowed.
- Please enter and exit using the front entrance. The emergency exit is equipped with an alarm and is always monitored.
- Re-entry privilege is not applied.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises, except for birthday cake.
- We do not allow any group, small or large, to have a birthday party without making a reservation at our facility.
- No food is permitted in any play areas or upstairs. This helps us keep those areas and surfaces clean and safe for children. A charge may be applied for any necessary cleaning.
- Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout our facility. Please ensure your hands are cleaned when entering and exiting the play areas.
- If your children are sick or are showing symptoms of illness, please do not bring them into our facility to prevent illness outbreaks. For the health and safety of all our guests, we reserve the right to refuse admittance or ask you and your child to leave if we believe your child is showing signs of illness.
- We ask our guests to report any accidents to our staff immediately after the incident, no matter how minor.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Appropriate behavior and language are always expected of everyone.
- PINPIN ENTERTAINMENT reserves the right to refuse admittance or ask you and your child to leave if the equipment is being used improperly or if your play is unsafe or disrespectful to others.
- No toys are allowed on the climbing structure.
- Children must go down the slide’s feet first and only one child at a time is allowed down the slides. No climbing up the slides.
- We require a ratio of 1 supervising adult for 6 kids all the time while visiting our facility.
- Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice but they are all updated ahead of time on our website or our social media channels.
- At PINPIN ENTERTAINMENT we take pride in providing a safe environment for your children. We reserve the right to remove anyone from our facility who is not adhering to these rules.
